what size gauge should i buy for my cartilage?
i know nothing about gauge sizes and i wanted to buy the surgical steel captive bead ring for my cartilage. i got my ear pierced with a gun and i dont know what size to get. also the size of the ring like 3/8″ or 7/16″ etc. which is just the normal size people usually wear not too small or too big. thanks!
for the gauge size i just want a normal size .. im not trying to stretch it out or anything
the 3/8″ or 7/16″ is the ring diameter not how big i want gauge my ear .. what would you think is a good diameter for a cartilage??
so i noticed the higher the number the smaller the gauge is right?? bc i heard that if it was pierced with a gun its at 18 but one of the answers said 22.
a 22,20,18 or 16. if you were pierced with a gun its probably at a 22 right now, the smallest captive bead ring available would be an 18. and as far as ring diameter thats up to you but id say 7/16th.
